The beginning sparks of Stephani Moore’s jewelry business ignited back in 2006, when she wanted to make a pair of earrings for a friend’s birthday, inspired by a magazine photograph. Over the next few years, Stephani created a few more jewelry pieces, but it was not until 2009, when she really began to hone her creativity, learning new wire wrapping techniques from her friend Melanie. After having many friends purchased her jewelry pieces, Stephani decided to take the next step of applying for her business license, in December 2010. The name Sparkling Creations originated from Stephani’s love of bright, shiny Swarovski crystals.

Since 2010, Stephani has sold her jewelry pieces at local craft fairs, home parties, and on her Etsy shop: www.etsy.com/shop/SparklngCreations Her regular craft fair venues include the Dayton Autumn Celebration in October and the Christmas Craft Fair at the Rockingham County Fairgrounds. Also, her jewelry pieces have been on consignment in various businesses and galleries in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, including the Skyline Cafe, the Artisian’s Gallery at Massanutten Resort, and currently, the Silver Lake Mill in Dayton.

Sparkling Creations Jewelry focuses on produces handcrafted unique jewelry pieces for every occasion. Stephani designs and creates a wide variety of pieces, including wire wrapped earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings, tree of life pendants, in addition to Kumihimo beaded jewelry. Some of her favorite materials are Swarovski crystals, high quality gemstones, cane glass beads as well as tarnish resistant argentium silver and Artistic copper wire.
